SA8000 social responsibility policy


LSLI is committed to upholding human rights, fair working conditions, maintaining a reputation for the highest legal, moral and ethical standards. Our policy has been developed to compliment our core values of fair, integrity, trust, pleasant, safe and healthy.


Company statement:

* Comply with national and other applicable laws, and other regulations signed by the company, respect international regulations and their interpretations, comply with internationally recognized labor standards and other applicable industry standards and international conventions, and continuously improve working conditions and employee benefits in accordance with the SA8000 standard.


* Child labor is strictly prohibited, and any suppliers/subcontractors using child labor or forced labor are not acceptable.


* Respect the freedom of employees, prohibit any form of forced labor, and prison labor hiring is forbidden.


* Provide a safe and hygienic working and living environment to ensure the safety and health of employees.


* Promote labor-management cooperation and respect employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining rights.


* Provide an equal and fair working environment and prohibit any form of discrimination.


* Respect the human rights and prohibit any form of insulting.


* Reasonable arrangement of work plan, reasonable arrangement of employees' work, rest and vacation.


* Provide reasonable wages and benefits to ensure that the basic needs of employees are met.


* Company policies should be effectively recorded, implemented, maintained, communicated and accessible to all employees in a clear and understandable form. Including directors, general managers, managers, supervisors, and employees, whether they are directly hired, contracted, or otherwise represented by the company.


* Disclose social responsibility policies to stakeholders in an effective form and method, and accept the supervision of related parties.


* Formulate social responsibility performance, and regularly review company policies and performance to continuously improve the management system.
